Design Day is our brand new 1:1 interactive service, during which we will rekindle your brand’s sparkle in just one day! We will dedicate an entire working day (8 hours) to you and your project exclusively and with the help of our method of combining strategy & design (a.k.a. magic), create a fresh brand identity or social media presence.

How does it work?

You will receive a response from our team and, if your inquiry is accepted, a welcome e-mail with all the necessary information, homework, and payment instructions.
If we believe that Design Day is not an ideal choice for your project, you will receive our recommendation for a more optimal solution for you.

The deadline for submitting your homework, (which you received immediately after the booking) with all your copy, visuals, photos, and other necessary info is 7 days before the scheduled Design Day, so we have enough time to review them, make an action plan & contact you if we have further questions.

It's time for a 45-minute consultation where we will talk about your ideal clients/customers, goals, unique offer, values, vision, etc. We will also go through the schedule for your day so you know what to expect from us and when you should be available for feedback.

Since you will have a rough schedule & action plan in advance, you will know when you can expect our messages. On the morning of your Design Day, we will put our phone on "do not disturb", make sure we have enough coffee, and dedicate all our creative energy to your project.
Although we will only focus on your project throughout the day, you don't have to. All we ask of you is to be available via the agreed chat app so that you can quickly give us your feedback, which allows us to use your day as efficiently as possible.

You can expect all the final deliverables in your inbox by the end of the next day, including a walk-through video presentation with instructions for further use.
Also, we will be at your disposal via e-mail for all questions and concerns 14 days after your Design Day. During this time you will also have the option of an additional free consultation if needed.

During your Design Day, we will work on your brand strategy defining the purpose, vision, mission, values, target audience, positioning (competition and your USP - unique selling points = brand advantages), brand personality and archetype, unique experience of your client / customer and brand touchpoints of the brand.

During yourDesign Day, we will create a logos suite (primary, alternative, submark / icon), colour palette, font system, brand style guide + letterhead, business cards (up to 3 names) and thank you card / postcard / voucher.

Instagram Magic

During your Design Day, we will create a strategy for your social media that includes - main topics/content pillars, content strategy, hashtag groups, optimization of bio/profile descriptions, organization of story highlights, communication of brand values and messages, an example of publishing plan and (if necessary) profile creation.

During your Design Day, we will create 30 - 50 posts including visuals and titles + suggestions for accompanying stories, from videos, photos, texts and information provided by the client, combined with free stock photos and videos and basic design (modifying existing or creating new ones) ) visuals so that all content is cohesive & harmonious.

During your Design Day, we will establish a creative direction that matches your brand and based on it create 20 (or more if time allows) templates for profile and story posts, 3-6 highlight visuals and one template for cover images (LinkedIn, Facebook and / or Twitter).
