It is a big misconception that the shorter time frame will affect the quality! With a standard project, we would spend 1-2 hours a week on your project, so this way of working is simply merging it into one day. The quality of the results will never be compromised, especially since the service packages offered for Design Day are composed of selected elements that can be completed in one working day (with efficient preparation) and we hope you believe we can create a solution that is no less thoughtful than our larger projects.

If we have time to make changes at the end of the day, we will be happy to do so. But if you want additional changes after 8 hours, this will be an additional service and you can book more time later.

When your Design Day is over, the n ~ b studio team will be on hand to help you with the launch and we will be happy to answer all your questions within 14 days of receiving all the files. If you want to book a more detailed consultation on how you can use your brand, this option will also be available free of charge during that period.

Alternatively, if you need additional services with us, such as web design, some other Design Day package, or monthly support, we will be more than happy to continue our cooperation.

The main phase of the project (not including preparation) is limited to a 78-hour working day, so during that time we create and deliver as many pre-agreed elements as possible. The number of final results is determined by a number of different factors; including the complexity of the design, the efficiency and speed of the client’s decision-making, and the number of audits required during the day.

Due to the amount of preparation that goes into the structure of Design Day, it is unlikely that you will not like the final outcome. The preparation process for the day before the design is very interactive and we will not move on to the next phase of the project until you are completely satisfied with the direction and action plan we have presented.

Absolutely. Since we need you to be available during a certain period during the design day, in order to interactively receive feedback while we work, we will adjust the start and end of Design Day to our time difference so that the joint time is spent as efficiently as possible.

When you choose VIP Design Day service, you are investing in our time and skills, not in individual elements. We can never 100% guarantee that each part of the project will be finished in 8 hours, but we have spent a lot of time perfecting this method and we promise to make every effort to finalize all solutions by the end of the VIP Day.

Service packages are created from elements that can be finalised in one working day, but if there are more solutions that your business needs, there is an option of adding another half or full day.

Ideally, you should be virtually available on the selected chat application throughout the day, but there will be marked periods when you can expect communication in the schedule for our VIP Design Day. Giving quick feedback will be the key to a successful day. Our efficient communication will prevent unnecessary delays or waste of precious time.

Of course, no later than 7 days before the agreed date, you can reschedule your VIP Design Day for the first available date that suits you. Moving for more than 90 days is not possible.

Design Day is usually paid in full or in 2 installments. The first payment is a non-refundable deposit to secure your place on our calendar. Alternatively, if you book 1+half or 2 Design Days, the remaining payments can be divided into up to 3 installments.
