FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS —

How many times is one set sold?

Sets are available for a very limited number of purchases, no more than 4. Once the number is filled in, it will be indicated and will no longer be available.

How will my visual identity be unique?

Each set will be sold only once per industry, and no more than 4 times in total, so that your visual identity remains uniquely yours. For example, if you are a photographer, it will never be sold to another photographer. If you are an interior designer, it will not be sold again to anyone from the field of design, architecture, crafts (furniture design, home decor, etc.).

I want a set to be just mine, can I buy it exclusively?

There is also the option of exclusive purchase of the set (for an additional fee) where the chosen set will be only yours and no one will be able to buy it anymore, in case it was not previously purchased. If you are interested in this option, email us at hello@nbstudio.me

Does reserving a set through the questionnaire ensures getting the selected set?

Applying through the inquiry form does not guarantee the purchase of the selected branding set. These sets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If your request is approved, you will receive our e-mail within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with all the necessary information and payment instructions, after which we will start personalizing the set and creating your visual identity.

How many free revisions do I get?

With the purchase of the set, you get one round of free revisions, and every following one will be charged on an hourly basis.

How long does the whole process take?

The whole process can take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends.

Are we going to work 1: 1 on creating my visual identity?

Keep in mind that these are pre-designed visual identities and, accordingly, the whole experience is different from fully personalized branding so 1: 1 consultation is not available. Are replacements or refunds available?

Given that this is a digital product, as well as the fact that the client is involved in the process of personalization of the final product, there is no possibility of replacement or refund.

Are mock-ups and photos from the presentation on the site included?

Mock-ups and photos from the presentation on the website are not included. The set includes 10 free stock photos that visually best match the personalized visual identity and suit the industry.

Are licenses and fonts included in the set? Do I have to buy the suggested font?

The client, ie the buyer, is obliged to secure licenses for the selected fonts by purchasing them or downloading free alternatives if he/she does not want to buy fonts. No recommended font is more expensive than € 60.

What types of files do I get?

Final files of logos, patterns, illustrations and other collateral (if added to the package) will be provided as EPS, PDF and PNG format for web and printing in black, white and colours of your brand.
